This ‘cheesecake’ comprises of an almond, sunflower seed and coconutty base, topped with a delicious beautiful layer of wild blueberry and then finished off with a tangy fresh lemon layer. Decorated with dried cornflowers and fresh lemon zest. A really refreshing dessert.
