Chocolate Experience Workshops
AIM OF THE WORKSHOP
This is a hands-on interactive workshop - so please bring an apron!
All the chocolate we will be using will be free from dairy, wheat, gluten, refined sugar, and soy. It is also vegan-friendly.
In the 2.5-hour workshop, you will learn how to work with chocolate and make 2 sets of handmade truffles and 1 set of 12 chocolate discs- decorated with your choice of toppings.
In the 1.5-hour workshop, you will learn how to make 1 set of handmade truffles and 1 set of 12 chocolate discs.- decorated with your choice of toppings.
In the 1-hour workshop, you will make up a set of 12 chocolate discs - decorated with your choice of toppings.
We will discuss the Superfoods and healthy natural sweeteners that we will be using.
You will be able to sample some of the goodies during the class, as well as take some home with you.
You will receive all the recipes covered in the class to take home with you, along with other useful and helpful tips.
You will package up all your goodies in home-compostable packaging to take home with you.
The aim is for you to leave the workshop having learned some new skills in a relaxed environment, and excited about trying them out for yourself.
This class is perfect for absolute beginners as well as those who already enjoy having. fun with chocolate!
You will be able to purchase As Raw As chocolates if you wish.
ALLERGIES

PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at the time of your booking in order to confirm your place on the course.
CANCELLATION
If you find that you cannot attend the workshop, then I am happy for you to find a friend to fill your spot as long as I have been notified by email a minimum of 24 hours in advance. You can move your booking to another date if you give prior notice 14 days in advance, or receive a full refund as long as notification has been sent via email to emily@asrawas.com
No shows; there are no refunds for failing to cancel or not attending a booked class.
We reserve the right to cancel the class if there are too few bookings. If this happens, we will notify you in advance and offer you the opportunity to reschedule.
In the unlikely event that it should be necessary for me to cancel a course due to illness or circumstances beyond my control, you will receive a full refund or the chance of an alternative date.

Raw Cake Workshop

We will cover 2 different cakes, 2 variations, and a fridge bar
We will discuss Superfoods and healthy natural sweeteners.
You will be able to sample some of the goodies during the class, as well as take some home with you.

This is a demonstration workshop where you get to see how the cakes and fridge bars are made and taste - it is not a hands-on one.

Children’s Chocolate Making Class (ages 7–13)
Age & supervision
Suitable for children aged 7–13. Children under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
About the class
A fun, hands-on workshop led by professional chocolate maker Emily. Perfect for birthdays or a special treat, children will discover the secrets of chocolate making while learning new skills.
What to expect
Lots of tasters: Plenty of tasting throughout, plus a quick intro to where chocolate begins its journey.
Make & decorate: Children create two chocolate treats (choose from discs, lollies, bars or truffles) and decorate them with a variety of natural, healthy toppings—creativity encouraged!
Take-home goodies: Everything they make goes home with them in eco-friendly packaging.

All chocolates are dairy-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, and refined-sugar-free.
Private bookings
If the listed dates don’t suit you, or you’d like a private group: six children = £210.00 (£35 per child).
You can add extra children (up to a maximum of 10) at £30 per child.
Example: 8 children = £210 + (2 × £30) = £270.
